Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TutorDash tutoring platform operated by TutorDash. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Who can use the platform

Accounts are created by invitation from a tutor or organization. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must permit your use of the platform, including the recording of lessons where applicable. By accepting an invitation on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Your account

  • Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Access, copy, or interfere with data or accounts that are not yours.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the platform.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.

Content and recordings

Worksheets, notes, lesson recordings, transcripts, and reports created on the platform are used to deliver and support tutoring. You retain rights to content you own; you grant us the permissions needed to host and process it to provide the service. Lesson recording is described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Where the platform is used to bill for tutoring, fees, invoices, and payment terms are set by the tutor or organization. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect users or the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TutorDash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
